Blog provider
Find a blog provider that suits you. There are many blog provider out there. Just search for 'create blog' and you will be given a full list of blog provider on the net.
I have tried 3 of them: blogger, wordpress and blogsome. From these 3, I think the best is blogsome.
Blogger is good for the beginner as all the function is simple and easy to use. But it has so much problem like server down, cannot post and so on. So, I'm not really recommend this one.
Wordpress is quite good with more features like categorizing posts. You don't have this if you use blogger. It is also more stable than blogger. But, it does not allow users to edit template online. So, you have quite limited power to change the look of your blog. You have to host it by yourself if you want to edit it.
For blogsome, it is just like blogger and wordpress combined together. Blogger+wordpress=blogsome. You have total control of your blog. And until now, I don't have any problem with blogsome.
So, choose your blog provider wisely. If you ask me, I would recommend blogsome. But the decision is yours.
